Thanks to its past experience in the moroccan regulator of telecommunications in Morocco (ANRT), Fedwa Bouzoubaa has an extensive knowledge of the telecommunication moroccan framework as well as the telecommunication sector. She actively participated in the liberalization of the sector (cellular, privatization of the historical operator, etc), in the sectoral negotiations among WTO and in the negotiation of the telecommunications chapter of the free trade agreement between Morocco and the United States. She also advised Telefonica mobiles in their sale of their stake in the former moroccan operator Meditelecom.
